Trade Terms, Payment Methods & Export Specifications
Clear answers to common questions regarding Letters of Credit (LC), Incoterms (CIF/FOB/CFR), and minimum order quantities.
We accept Irrevocable Confirmed Letter of Credit (LC at Sight) from prime global banks, Telegraphic Transfer (TT with 30% advance deposit and 70% against BL copy), and Documents Against Payment (DP/CAD) for long-term contracted clients.
For agricultural produce (Fresh Onions, Pomegranates, Bananas), our standard MOQ is 1 x 40ft High Cube Reefer FCL (approx. 28–29 Metric Tons). For spices and culinary herbs, LCL shipments starting from 1 to 5 Metric Tons are supported.
Every container is issued a government APEDA Phytosanitary Certificate, Plant Quarantine Fumigation Certificate, Certificate of Origin, and an independent third-party assay certificate from SGS, Intertek, or Geo-Chem.
We deploy cellular Real-Time GPS Dataloggers inside the container air passage. Importers receive live tracking credentials to monitor internal ambient temperatures (-25°C to +15°C) throughout ocean transit.
